On the 6th January 2008 the Racing for Safety team along with the Auckland Volunteer Fire Police and George Stevens from the Manukau Fire District attended the Kids in Cars day at Pukekohe Raceway.

All the team had a great day taking kids for rides around the track in the Rally Cars. George armed with the Kitchen Fire Demonstrator showed people how to deal with kitchen fires and what not to do when your stove catches fire.

We all had a great day and well done to Nigel Karl from Placemakers for organising such a great event. See you next year..
